Return & Refund Policy

At House Of Prayaa, we carefully check each order before dispatch to ensure that you receive the correct products in good condition.

1. No Returns for Change of Mind

All purchases made through www.houseofprayaa.com are considered final sale.

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, styling preferences, or simply because you no longer wish to keep the product.

Please carefully review the product photographs, description and other available information before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

While we take care to inspect and pack every order, if you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • The wrong product

  • A missing product

  • A product that is materially different from what you ordered

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at +91 9458438368.

Please include your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a clear unboxing video available so that we can investigate the issue.

After reviewing the issue, we may, at our discretion and where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit or refund.

3. Unboxing Video

We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video when opening your package.

The video should clearly show the unopened package, shipping label, opening of the package and the products received.

An unboxing video helps us verify issues such as transit damage, missing products or incorrect items and may be required when investigating a claim.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only considered for eligible cases approved by House Of Prayaa, such as an incorrect, damaged or missing product where a replacement is not possible.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will communicate the applicable refund process and timeline.

The refund will generally be made through the original payment method used for the order, where possible.

5. Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Products cannot be returned or refunded due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Difference in appearance due to lighting or screen settings

  • Minor variations in colour, finish or texture

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper handling or storage

  • Exposure to water, perfume, chemicals, cosmetics or other substances

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer

6. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Cancellation requests are subject to whether the order has already been processed.

If a cancellation is accepted before processing, the applicable refund will be initiated through the original payment method.

7. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, where applicable, are generally non-refundable.

For an approved damaged, incorrect or missing-product claim caused by an issue attributable to House Of Prayaa, we will determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

8. International Orders

International orders are currently handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9458438368 for international orders.

International orders are generally final sale and are not eligible for return due to change of mind or personal preference.

Any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, clearance charges or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
