1. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship orders across India.

The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 5–8 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Shipping Charges

FREE delivery is available on orders above ₹1,000.

For orders of ₹1,000 or below, a shipping charge of ₹150 will apply.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch after successful confirmation of payment.

You will receive relevant order and shipping updates using the contact details provided at the time of placing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery timeline will depend on the courier partner and destination.

4. Delivery Address

Please make sure that your name, phone number and complete delivery address are correct when placing your order.

House Of Prayaa is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address or contact information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or the recipient being unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

5. Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated 5–8 business days, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Natural events

  • Remote or difficult-to-service locations

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

6. International Orders

International orders may be arranged through individual shipping arrangements depending on the destination country, courier availability and applicable requirements.

Before confirming an international order, we will communicate the available shipping option, estimated delivery timeline and applicable shipping charges to the customer.

Any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, clearance charges or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

International shipments may be subject to additional documentation or requirements depending on the destination country and applicable regulations.

House Of Prayaa reserves the right to accept or decline an international order depending on shipping feasibility, destination restrictions or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
